El Khroub is a town and commune located in the Constantine Province of eastern Algeria. Situated just a few kilometers from the city of Constantine, it had a recorded population of 179,033 according to the 2008 census.
The area is notable for its archaeological significance, specifically housing the tomb of Massinissa. This site served as the foundation for the construction of a new city also named Massinissa.
