Rouïba, also spelled Rouiba, is a municipality located in the eastern suburbs of Algiers, Algeria. Situated approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) from the capital city, it serves as the district seat of the Rouïba District within the Algiers Province.
The locality is recognized as one of the healthiest areas in Algeria. The inhabitants of the municipality are referred to as Rouibéens.
