Villa Hortensia is a mansion located in the city of Rosario within the province of Santa Fe, Argentina. It is situated on 1917 Warnes St. in Barrio Alberdi, which is positioned in the north-eastern part of the city.
Built in 1890 by architect Boyd Walker for José Nicolás Puccio, the founder of Alberdi, the property was later sold to Ciro Echesortu and subsequently to Alfredo Rouillon. The wealthy Rouillon family used the mansion as a summer residence, utilizing its large gardens and proximity to the Paraná River.
