Hjørring is a town located on the island of Vendsyssel-Thy at the northern tip of the Jutland peninsula in Denmark. It serves as the primary town and administrative seat for Hjørring Municipality within the North Jutland Region.

The town has a population of 25,794 and is recognized as one of the oldest towns in Denmark. In 1993, it celebrated its 750th anniversary as a market town.
