Randers is a city located in the northeast of the Jutland peninsula in Denmark. It serves as the main town and administrative center for the Randers Municipality. With a population of 64,764, it ranks as the seventh largest city in the country.
The city is situated approximately 38.5 kilometres north of Aarhus, 43.8 kilometres east of Viborg, and 224 kilometres northwest of Copenhagen.
