Valby is one of the ten official districts located within the Copenhagen Municipality in Denmark. It is situated in the southwestern corner of the municipality.
The district is characterized by a diverse mix of housing types, including apartment blocks, terraced houses, single-family homes, and allotments. The area developed around the site of the old Valby village and features an intermingling of residential zones with both past and present industrial sites.
