Indre By is an administrative district located in central Copenhagen, the capital city of Denmark. Also commonly referred to as Copenhagen Center, K, or Downtown Copenhagen, it serves as a primary urban hub within the country.
The district covers a total area of 4.65 square kilometres (1.80 sq mi). It has a population of 26,223 residents, resulting in a population density of approximately 5,638 per km2.
