Herlev is a suburb located in Denmark, situated approximately 11 km northwest of Copenhagen's city centre. The municipality borders Rødovre to the south, Ballerup to the west, and Gladsaxe to the north.
The town serves as the site of the municipal council for Herlev Municipality.
