Medeho is a town located in the northeastern Obock Region of Djibouti. It is situated approximately 39 km (24 mi) west of the regional capital, Obock.
The town is characterized by one of the mildest climates in Djibouti, though it can become impassable during the rainy season. Medeho is overlooked by the Mabla Mountains, which rank as the fifth tallest mountains in the country. As of 2016, the population of the town was estimated to be approximately 4,000 residents.
