Marienfelde is a locality situated in the southwestern part of Berlin, Germany. It is currently an integral part of the Tempelhof-Schöneberg borough.
Originally established as a village, Marienfelde was incorporated into the city limits under the Greater Berlin Act of 1920. Today, the area serves as a mixed residential and industrial district.
