Thalwenden is a village located in the district of Eichsfeld within the state of Thuringia, Germany. It historically functioned as an independent municipality before undergoing administrative changes.
On January 1, 2024, Thalwenden officially became part of the municipality of Uder. The area remains situated in the eastern portion of the German state of Thuringia.
