Piesau is a village and former municipality located in the district of Sonneberg in Thuringia, Germany. It is situated in close proximity to the Thuringian Rennsteig.
Historically part of the district of Saalfeld-Rudolstadt, Piesau became part of the town of Neuhaus am Rennweg on January 1, 2019.
