Martinroda is a village and former municipality located in the Wartburgkreis district of Thuringia, Germany. It serves as a rural locality within the regional landscape of central Germany.
On December 31, 2013, Martinroda officially transitioned from an independent municipality to becoming part of the town of Vacha. While it maintains its identity as a village, it is now administratively integrated into the larger municipal structure of Vacha.
