Lunzig is a village located in the district of Greiz within the state of Thuringia, Germany. It historically functioned as an independent municipality before undergoing administrative changes.
As of December 31, 2013, Lunzig ceased to be an independent municipality and became part of the larger municipality of Langenwetzendorf.
