Lichte is a village and former municipality located in the Sonneberg district of Thuringia, Germany. It is situated near the Thuringian Rennsteig, a notable regional hiking trail.
Historically part of the district Saalfeld-Rudolstadt, Lichte became part of the town Neuhaus am Rennweg as of January 2019.
