Hümpfershausen is a village located in the state of Thuringia, Germany. It is situated within the district of Schmalkalden-Meiningen.
Historically, Hümpfershausen functioned as an independent municipality. However, as of January 1, 2019, it was incorporated into the town of Wasungen.
