Harzungen is a village located in the district of Nordhausen within the state of Thuringia, Germany. It serves as a constituent part of the larger municipality of Harztor.
Historically, Harzungen functioned as an independent municipality until July 2018, at which point it was incorporated into its current administrative structure.
