Großengottern is a village and former municipality located in the Unstrut-Hainich-Kreis district of Thuringia, Germany. It serves as a rural settlement within the regional landscape of the state.
As of January 1, 2019, Großengottern ceased to be an independent municipality and became part of the larger municipality of Unstrut-Hainich.
