Gräfenhain is a village located in the district of Gotha within the state of Thuringia, Germany. It historically functioned as an independent municipality before undergoing administrative changes.
As of January 1, 2019, Gräfenhain ceased to be an independent municipality and became part of the town of Ohrdruf.
