Eichstruth is a village and former municipality located in the district of Eichsfeld in the state of Thuringia, Germany. It is historically notable for being the smallest municipality by area in what was formerly East Germany.
On January 1, 2024, Eichstruth officially ceased to be an independent municipality and became part of the municipality of Uder.
