Dobitschen is a municipality located in the far eastern part of Thuringia, Germany. It is situated within the Altenburger Land district and shares borders with the municipalities of Schmölln, Göllnitz, Mehna, and Starkenberg.
The municipality is subdivided into four distinct parts: Dobitschen, Meucha, Pontewitz, and Rolika.
