Rieder

Rieder is a village and former municipality located in the district of Harz within the state of Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It serves as a residential area that has undergone several administrative changes regarding its municipal status over the last decade.

The village was part of the town of Quedlinburg from 1 January 2011 until 19 February 2013. Since 1 December 2013, Rieder has been an integrated part of the town of Ballenstedt.
