Kretzschau is a municipality located in the Burgenlandkreis district of southern Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It serves as part of the Verbandsgemeinde Droyßiger-Zeitzer Forst.
As of December 2020, the population of Kretzschau was 2,409. The municipality expanded its territory on January 1, 2010, when it absorbed the former municipalities of Döschwitz and Grana.
