Hettstedt is a town located in the Mansfeld-Südharz district of Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It is situated on the river Wipper.
The town consists of Hettstedt proper along with the districts of Ritterode and Walbeck. These two former municipalities were officially absorbed into the town of Hettstedt in September 2010.
