Droyßig is a municipality located in the Burgenlandkreis district within the state of Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It serves as a local administrative area situated in the eastern part of the country.
The municipality expanded its jurisdiction on January 1, 2010, when it officially absorbed the former municipality of Weißenborn. This merger integrated the two areas into the current administrative structure of Droyßig.
