Muldenhammer is a municipality located in the Vogtlandkreis district of Saxony, Germany. The town was officially established on October 1, 2009, following the merger of three previously independent municipalities: Hammerbrücke, Morgenröthe-Rautenkranz, and Tannenbergsthal.
The municipality is composed of several distinct divisions known as Ortsteile. These include Gottesberg, Hammerbrücke, Jägersgrün, Morgenröthe-Rautenkranz, Schneckenstein, and Tannenbergsthal.
