Wandlitz is an independent municipality and borough located in the Barnim district of Brandenburg, Germany. It is situated approximately 25 km north of Berlin and 15 km east of Oranienburg.
The current municipality was established in 2004 through the merger of nine villages: Basdorf, Klosterfelde, Lanke, Prenden, Schönerlinde, Schönwalde, Stolzenhagen, Wandlitz, and Zerpenschleuse.
