Lubnjow, officially known as Lübbenau/Spreewald (Lower Sorbian: Lubnjow/Błota), is a town located in the Upper Spree Forest-Lusatia District of Brandenburg, Germany. It is situated on the river Spree within the bilingual German and Sorbian region of Lusatia, approximately 82 km southeast of Berlin.
The town is positioned where the Spree forms a large inland delta surrounded by woodland known as the "Spree Forest." Lubnjow is notably recognized for its incorporated villages of Lehde/Lědy and Leipe/Lipje, which are characterized by anabranches of the Spree River serving as thoroughfares instead of traditional streets.
