Simonsberg is a prominent mountain located in the Western Cape province of South Africa. It forms part of the Cape Fold Belt and is situated between the towns of Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Franschhoek within the winelands region.
The mountain reaches a height of 1,390 meters and is notable for being detached from the other ranges in its vicinity. A hiking trail provides access to the summit as well as one of the other peaks, starting from a neighboring wine farm.
