Schwarzenbek is a town located in the district of Lauenburg within the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. It is situated approximately 35 km east of Hamburg and lies about 10 km northeast of Geesthacht, positioned to the east of Dassendorf.
The town's identity is represented by its coat of arms, which features a black wolf on a yellow field. Beneath the wolf, the design includes water symbolizing the river Schwarze Beke.
