Reußenköge is a sparsely populated municipality located in the district of Nordfriesland within the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. It is situated directly adjacent to the shoreline of the North Sea coast.
The municipality is positioned at a driving distance of between 15 and 29 kilometers northwest of Husum, which serves as the county capital.
