Lutzhorn is a small municipality located in the state of Schleswig-Holstein in northern Germany. It serves as a constituent part of the district of Pinneberg.
The municipality is organized into three subcommunities known as Im Dorf, Krummendiek, and Seis. Administratively, Lutzhorn belongs to the Amt Rantzau.
