Lensahn is a municipality located in the district of Ostholstein within the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. It serves as a local administrative area situated in the northern part of the country.
The municipality is positioned approximately 9 km south of Oldenburg in Holstein and roughly 40 km northeast of the city of Lübeck.
