Gelting is a municipality located in the district of Schleswig-Flensburg within the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. It is situated in northern Germany, positioned near the Baltic Sea.
The town is located approximately 33 kilometers northeast of Schleswig and about 30 kilometers east of Flensburg.
