Büdelsdorf is a town located in the district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde within the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. It is situated approximately 2 kilometres north of Rendsburg and 30 kilometres west of Kiel.
The town is positioned on the river Eider and the Kiel Canal. It is located just 8 kilometres off the motorway.
