Borstel-Hohenraden is a municipality located in the district of Pinneberg within the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. The municipality comprises the districts of Borstel and Hohenraden and is situated northeast of the county town of Pinneberg.
The town is served by national road no. 76, which connects Pinneberg and Quickborn. This roadway also provides an interconnection with the Hamburg-Kiel and Hamburg-Itzehoe highways.
