Bargteheide is a town located in the district of Stormarn within the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. It is situated between the cities of Ahrensburg and Bad Oldesloe.
The town lies on the Hamburg to Lübeck rail line and is officially part of the Hamburg Metropolitan Region.
