Pleitersheim is an Ortsgemeinde, or municipality, located in the Bad Kreuznach district of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It serves as a member of the Verbandsgemeinde of Bad Kreuznach, which is a type of collective municipality.
The village is primarily known as a winegrowing community. While it belongs to the Verbandsgemeinde of Bad Kreuznach, the administrative seat of that collective municipality is located in the town of Bad Kreuznach itself, which lies outside the boundaries of the Verbandsgemeinde.
