Klotten is an Ortsgemeinde, or municipality, located in the Cochem-Zell district within the state of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It serves as a member of the Verbandsgemeinde of Cochem, which has its administrative seat in the town of Cochem.
The area is primarily recognized as a winemaking centre. As part of the larger collective municipality structure, it maintains its local identity while being integrated into the regional administrative framework of the district.
