Haßloch is a large village located in the Bad Dürkheim district of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is situated near the Mannheim/Ludwigshafen built-up area and is notable for being an independent municipality that does not belong to any Verbandsgemeinde, or collective municipality.
The village has grown from a single center and is occasionally referred to as "Germany’s biggest village." It serves as the largest municipality in the Bad Dürkheim district, surpassing even the district seat. The area features well-developed infrastructure, including shopping and educational facilities, while surrounding centers are generally accessible within 20 minutes.
