Bretzenheim is an Ortsgemeinde, or municipality, located in the Bad Kreuznach district of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It serves as a member of the Verbandsgemeinde Langenlonsheim-Stromberg, which has its seat in Langenlonsheim.
The town is recognized as one of the ten largest municipalities within the district. It functions as a state-recognized tourism community and is established as a winegrowing center.
