Siegburg is a city located in the district of Rhein-Sieg-Kreis within the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is situated on the banks of the Sieg and Agger rivers, positioned approximately 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) from Bonn, the former seat of the West German government, and 26 kilometres (16 mi) from Cologne.
According to the 2013 census, the city had a population of 39,192 residents.
