Fischeln is the most southerly district of Krefeld, located in Germany. It covers an area of 18.99 km² (7.33 sq mi) and had a population of 26,030 as of 2019.
The settlement has historical roots predating the city of Krefeld, with its first recorded mention occurring around 900 AD under the name "Viscolo." Fischeln officially became a district of Krefeld in 1929.
