Twistringen is a town situated in the district of Diepholz within the state of Lower Saxony, Germany. It is geographically positioned approximately 30 km northeast of Diepholz and 30 km southwest of Bremen.
The town serves as the source of the Delme river. Its most notable cultural attraction is a museum dedicated to straw processing.
