Sögel is a municipality located in the Emsland district of Lower Saxony, Germany. It serves as a regional center within the state's geographic landscape.
The town is primarily known for housing the Clemenswerth Palace. This historic hunting lodge was constructed between 1737 and 1749 by the architect Johann Conrad Schlaun on behalf of Elector Clemens August.
