Sibbesse is a village and municipality located in the district of Hildesheim within the state of Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated approximately 10 km south of the city of Hildesheim.
The current administrative boundaries of Sibbesse were established on November 1, 2016. As part of this reorganization, the former municipalities of Adenstedt, Almstedt, Eberholzen, and Westfeld were incorporated into the municipality of Sibbesse.
