Scharnebeck is a municipality located in the district of Lüneburg within the state of Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated approximately 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) northeast of the city of Lüneburg.
The municipality is notable for hosting the Scharnebeck twin ship lift, which is located on the Elbe Lateral Canal.
