Mulsum is a village and former municipality located in the district of Cuxhaven within the state of Lower Saxony, Germany. Since January 1, 2015, it has been an integral part of the municipality of Wurster Nordseeküste.
The village is situated on Wurster Landstraße (L129), positioned between Dorum to the north-east and Wremen to the south-west. It lies approximately two-and-a-half miles east of the North Sea coast.
