Köhlen is a village and former municipality located in the district of Cuxhaven within the state of Lower Saxony, Germany. It serves as a residential area situated in the northern region of the country.
On January 1, 2015, Köhlen officially became part of the town of Geestland. While it maintains its identity as a village, it now functions as an integrated administrative component of this larger municipality.
