Itterbeck is a municipality located in the district of Grafschaft Bentheim within the German state of Lower Saxony. Originally established as an old farming community, it has evolved into an independent local community with a population of nearly 1,800 inhabitants as of 2005.
The village belongs to the Joint Community (Samtgemeinde) of Uelsen. The administrative seat for this joint community is situated in the nearby town of Uelsen.
